The primary translator seems to be working much faster than my posting, so I'm going to start speeding up releases a bit. I'll be working on getting issues #4 and #5 posted today, but for now, here's #3.

Haha. Papael tried to fly with that heavy stuff. There's also a spelling error on Papel's body. It says Panya instead of Pangya.
